Step Out in the Storm

It's not nice outside.  The streets are full of wet things and you don't want to get your tootsies wet.

There's every possible thing that tells you it is not time yet.  Your emotions are bottled up and ready to rush out into a torrent of....what?

Here's where you get to make the choice.

Will you stay inside, and tell yourself stories of how it really isn't time yet, that things are too hard, that you don't have what it takes...or will you do this?

Step out in the storm

and

MAKE IT HAPPEN ANYWAY.

Winter is a time of struggle as well as a time of retreat and nourishment, that time when you can give yourself more attention since the world outside is less inviting.

The time of difficulty holds many lessons.  As the winter winds down, glimpses of fresh natural energy are revealed.  One day it's all stormy, the next day it seems that at last spring has come.  But no, the next day after that is once again cold and damp, windy and gray.

It's tempting to curl up in a ball and not do anything.

But what if you DID do something, and since there is nobody else out in that storm, you could take all that natural energy, all that wind and rain, and make it into your ally?  How would it make you feel to know that you rose to the occasion, put on your boldest and best ideas, and moved them forward?

Maybe you have a great idea for moving your business forward, and you haven't taken action yet.  You know, that blog, or that book, or that email campaign, the one you've been wanting to do, and it hasn't happened.  How did that not happen?

I hear a lot of people saying they know they want to do something with their ideas but they "Don't have time."  Here's what I say to them:

 Let's work together.

Don't "not have time".

Hire me and get it done.

This frees up all the energy that is held in, all the possible ways you are hung up by not doing something that you know would be good for you.

Here's what I do:  I take the information from your business that reflects your brand promise and your voice, and make it into materials that you can use over and over again, creating a consistent presence with your community and your customers.  Then, you can move on, knowing that part is done, your have the materials you need, and you can do what YOU do best...growing your business.

Step out into the storm.  Don't stop for anything.

And don't go it alone.  There are others out in the storm.

I'm one of them.

and find the resources you need to move on.

I will show up for you.

All my best,

Always,

Betty
